I have known Alicja for the past 15 years and hope for many more. During that time, I have seen her in various different situations, which required from her multiple skills, approaches, and ways to find solutions. I can honestly say that Alicja is an enthusiastic person, and even when she faces obstacles, it is certain, without a doubt, that she will overcome them and find the best solutions. Looking at her moving into the UX and UI profession was a pleasure. It's clear that she enjoys and understands it, which are valuable qualities for daily work. She also enjoys the learning process and working on projects in her portfolio. Moreover, Alicja is a people person. She easily connects with newly met people and is able to maintain those connections. I think that's a huge advantage in the UX/UI field, as it requires working directly with clients and developers.

I am a software developer with 2 years of experience and I had the pleasure of collaborating with Alicja a few months ago. I asked her for the UX and UI project of the tax web application that I wanted to code as my side project to develop my coding skills. I couldn't be more impressed with her skills and dedication. She demonstrated great expertise in UX, UI and Figma, showcasing a deep understanding of UX design principles. Throughout our collaboration she displayed great initiative, asking insightful questions when necessary. What I valued the most was that she ensured that not only the visual aspects but also the functionality of the application were well-thought-out. She even inquired about the programming approach (such as the framework that I was going to use) to prepare the project that would be the most convenient for me to apply.
